Standard Operating Procedure

DingTalk

• 項目事宜所有同事一定要在項目群說, 不要私聊
• 項目需求一定要在JIRA說
• 技術討論 DingTalk
• 多說話，多分享（遇到的代碼問題或其他）

Jira

• 好好用JIRA
• Description / Comment
• 拆開Task
• 之后的卡片会用Story Point[1]
• 盡量不要在一個Sprint跨Project, 尤其Junior, Intermediate

Project Meeting

• 項目開始那個詳細介紹項目的會議要錄下來，讓後來的人可以直接看錄影，不需要再轉述一遍

Git

• 每天下班前至少要提交一次代碼（整理好并且无错误提示后再提交）

Standup Meeting & Sprint Review

• 会议之后不要补充到DingTalk
• No PPT
• 三個重點: 昨天, 今天, 有沒有blocker
• Standup Meeting時開Jira, 用編號說話
• 開鏡頭
• 不能遲到

No meeting Wednesday 周三无会日依旧要提交当天的代码，周四会检查

• 取消所有會議，沒有早會
• 認認真真做自己的事
• 只回覆DingTalk, Jira
• Standup Meeting: 用文字報告在DingTalk即可
